Quotes and estimates

Quotes given through this website are estimates based on the information you provide (size of the space, type of cleaning, frequency). The final price may change if the actual condition of the space differs from what was described. We tell you before starting, never after.

Scheduling and access

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed time. If our team cannot access the property, the visit may be rescheduled.

Cancellations

Please let us know as far in advance as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling.

Our work

We are bonded and insured. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will come back to correct it.

Valuables and fragile items

Please secure cash, jewelry and irreplaceable items before your appointment. We take great care in your home, but we ask that especially fragile or sentimental pieces be pointed out or put away in advance.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in writing.

The content, photos and design of this site belong to Conii's Cleaning Services. Before and after photos are from actual jobs, published with the customer's permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Cotizaciones y estimados

Las cotizaciones que damos por este sitio son estimados basados en la información que nos proporcionas (tamaño del espacio, tipo de limpieza, frecuencia). El precio final puede cambiar si el estado real del espacio es distinto al descrito. Te avisamos antes de empezar, nunca después.

Agenda y acceso

Eres responsable de dar acceso seguro a la propiedad en el horario acordado. Si nuestro equipo no puede entrar, la visita puede reprogramarse.

Cancelaciones

Avísanos con la mayor anticipación posible si necesitas cancelar o reprogramar. Las cancelaciones repetidas de último momento pueden afectar la disponibilidad futura.

Nuestro trabajo

Contamos con seguro y fianza. Si no quedas conforme con una limpieza, contáctanos dentro de las 24 horas y volvemos a corregirlo.

Objetos de valor y frágiles

Te pedimos guardar dinero, joyas y objetos irremplazables antes de tu cita. Cuidamos mucho tu casa, pero preferimos que las piezas especialmente frágiles o sentimentales se señalen o se guarden con anticipación.

Pago

El pago se realiza al completar el servicio, salvo que se acuerde otra cosa por escrito.
